1) Bookings for Annual Conference

• All bookings are provisional on the full amount of the initial deposit being received
• Full refund of the deposit is available until the day before the event.
• You will be advised of the final sum due, once the initial deposit payment has been received.

• Full payment can be made at any time before the event, or on arrival at the event. 
• There can be no entry to the conference room without making full and final payment
• A reminder will be sent by email four weks before the event if the full payment has not yet been received.

• If you have to cancel your booking after the final payment has ben made, please let us know at the earliest possible moment.
• Late cancellations (fewer than 10 days before the event) are subject to a charge of 50% of the booking fee, as paid. (This charge be reconsidered in the event of an emergency, as long as we are kept informed in good time.)
• If the event has to be cancelled by Womb Twin, a full refund will be made.

2) Womb Twin Books

• We will normally dispatch your order within 5 working days. We will send you an e-mail letting you know when your order has been received and when it has been dispatched.
• All deliveries in the UK are made by first class post and deliveries made outside the UK are sent by airmail.

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, and we will replace it free of charge on receipt of the returned item, or issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally made.
• NOTE: In order to qualify for this service, goods must be carefully wrapped before return, so that the original condition, even if faulty, is clearly evident.
• If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy because it is damaged or defective, we will refund your return postage costs.
• This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
